Abstrak
Online learning activities are the main focus of educational practice during the current COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to explore students' perspectives on online learning activities carried out. The researcher used a descriptive qualitative approach and conducted this research at the Sorong State Islamic Institute, involving five participants from the English Education Program. The study used triangulation to validate data by combining observations, interviews, and documents as data collection instruments, all of which were used as instruments to obtain data on students' perceptions of online learning that was applied during this pandemic. The results of this study represent the perspectives and experiences experienced by students regarding the process they experience in conducting online learning from home and as a supporter of learning using the Zoom application. This study also found that the existence of technology was not so smooth in learning due to network constraints and challenges with their environment when learning online.
