PENERAPAN LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KARIER MENGGUNAKAN TEKNIK LAYANAN INFORMASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERENCANAAN KARIER MAHASISWA TINGKAT AKHIR

Career planning is a very important factor in facing the world of work. There are still students from the Faculty of Sharia and Da'wah class of 2018 at IAIN Sorong who don't have good planning. Therefore, this study aims to apply career planning with Information Service techniques to improve student career planning.

This study used the Pre-Experiment One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data collection method used was a questionnaire to determine student career planning scores. The subjects of this study were 87 students of the Sharia and Da'wah Faculty of IAIN Sorong. The analysis technique used is a partial test (t test). This study took 35 samples from each class for career planning information service interventions.

The results of the study show that career planning using information services in the form of PPT can be applied to students of the Islamic Faculty of Islamic Studies and Da'wah class of 2018 at IAIN Sorong. In fact, the hypothesis test on sig. (2-tailed) obtained p = 0.00 <0.05 so there is a significant change. The results of data processing show that all indicators of student learning discipline behavior get a significant value of <0.05. Based on these results, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. In addition to the results of the pretest 3819 and posttest, it is known that the results of the pretest 3819 and posttest 5129. Thus the hypothesis that says career planning uses information services in the form of PPT to improve career planning for sharia faculty students and da'wah class of 2018 IAIN Sorong is accepted.
