ANALISIS HUBUNGAN CAKUPAN IMUNISASI CAMPAK DENGAN KEJADIAN PENYAKIT CAMPAK DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS GADINGREJO KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU PERIODE DESEMBER 2025-APRIL 2026

Measles is a vaccine-preventable disease that remains a public health problem due to its high transmission rate and potential to cause outbreaks. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between measles immunization coverage and the incidence of measles in the working area of Gadingrejo Public Health Center, Pringsewu Regency, during the period of December 2025 to March 2026. This research employed a quantitative descriptive epidemiological design using secondary data obtained from immunization program reports and measles surveillance records. The variables analyzed were measles-rubella (MR) immunization coverage and measles incidence across 15 villages within the study area. Data were analyzed descriptively and statistically using the Fisher Exact Test. The results showed that the overall MR immunization coverage was 67.8%, which was below the national target of 95%. A total of three measles cases were reported during the study period. Statistical analysis revealed no significant relationship between MR immunization coverage and measles incidence (p = 0.371). In conclusion, MR immunization coverage in the study area was still below the recommended target, and no statistically significant association was found between immunization coverage and measles incidence. Further studies with larger samples and longer observation periods are recommended.
