BERBAGAI MASALAH KELUARGA: MASALAH KOMUNIKASI

The aim of this research is to analyze communication patterns in families and the role of family counseling in increasing family resilience. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study design to collect data through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation of families who have communication problems. The research results show that open communication patterns contribute to more effective conflict resolution, while closed communication patterns are more likely to lead to emotional distance and misunderstandings. Family counseling has been shown to help families identify underlying causes, increase emotional openness, and strengthen interpersonal relationships. Apart from that, external support from the community and relatives plays an important role in strengthening the family's resilience to life's stresses. These findings highlight the importance of counseling interventions aimed at improving intrafamily communication and the need for broader access to family counseling services. This study makes an important contribution to family counseling practice by providing guidance on conflict resolution through effective communication approaches and stimulating further research in diverse cultural and social contexts..
